Private Lesson $65 / 75 mins

A one on one hour or hour and a half of asana practice tailored to you and your specific needs. Focuses on any concerns or issues you may have. An array of posture specific poses will be introduced with or without modification to aide in the optimum health and healing of muscles.

Semi-Private Lesson $125 total

Small group of 2 - 6 people in a private setting. Class will focus on any questions or concerns of the group to aide in overall wellness. Asana will be explained in detail in order for everyone in the group to obtain health and a sense of happiness.
